If you want something more intimate between you and your friends or family our chef Amandine Salvi can come to your place for a 3 or 4 hours hands on class, she will guide you though different techniques of French pâtisserie.

Trained in France and known fo rher light, devine and beautifull cakes,Amandine will teach you her famous Saint

Honoré that she modernised with a fresh twist, or even the classic lemon

meringue tart, you will learn the basic of french pâtisserie but also learn how to

make them look good.
